CONSULTATION

There is a consultation fee of $15.
It is $25 for a last minute consultation fee for services needed within the same week.

DAILY VISITS

Daily rates are between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. Visits are approximately 20-30 minutes for canines (15-20 minutes for felines and other pets) depending on inclement weather, age and condition of pet.

Additional $5 fee per visit for weekend and before/after normal business hour walk/visit. 2 Daily Discounts do not apply on weekends.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel Local (within regular service area) = $1 per visit

Travel Far (outside of our regular service area) = $5 per visit

Travel Extended (outside of our “Travel Far” service area) = $7 per visit

 VACATION PACKAGES: $84

Additional Pet: $5 / Plus Travel Fees added

Includes three 20-30 minute visits (morning, mid-day, evening) for canines - walks, feeding, playtime, freshening of water and lots of TLC. 

We also provide paper/mail pick up and watering of your plants at no additional cost.  Visits can be prorated.

A fourth visit can be added for senior dogs, puppies, or dogs that require additional care: $23

Deposit & Cancellation policy:

Vacationers who require visits for 7 days or more will require a 50% deposit down, due two weeks prior to the beginning of services or at the time services are made if within two weeks of vacation. This deposit is in place to secure your visits, as we book up fast. 

If your vacation is cancelled for any reason, please give notice at least 72 hours prior to scheduled vacation visits to be refunded your FULL deposit. If you give between 48 - 72 hours notice: you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you give between 24 - 48 hours notice: you will be refunded 25% of your deposit. If you give less than 24 hours notice **DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE**.

CANCELLATIONS

 A fee applies if 24 hour notice is not given prior to a scheduled regular walk, or 72 hours prior to scheduled vacation visits.

PET TAXI

$28 per ride within 10 mile radius from our Bristow office.

ADMINISTER MEDICATION FEE $5

LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS (requested within 12 hours or submitted after office hours)

Existing customers may always call us when a pet-sitting emergency arises for an additional fee of $25.  This may apply to visits requested less than 12 hours in advance or requests received after office hours (after 5pm Monday-Friday or 2pm Saturday & Sunday) for next day service.

*An additional $10 fee will be charged for any services performed on the following days:
New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve
