The Happy Paws Pet Nanny offers freedom, convenience, and a peace of mind while you are away providing customized in-home care for your pets.  In-home care lets your pets stay in their own familiar and comfortable surroundings with their normal daily routine.  Your pets will receive individual loving attention, and are exercised and played with minimizing exposure to illness and disease.  Your home maintains a "lived-in" appearance.  This reduces the risk of burglary and criminal interest in your home while you are away. 

In addition to in-home pet sitting, we offer daily visits for your pet, which may include walks, feedings, playtime, litterbox cleanup, or just good company, depending on your needs.  We will go the extra distance to give you exactly what you are looking for in pet care.  We are available seven days a week for you and your best friend.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After you first contact us, a new client coordinator and/or owner of The Happy Paws Pet Nanny will come to your home to meet you and your pet. The consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know us, as well as review our policies and procedures.  In addition, we will complete an analysis of your pet(s) to ensure they are a good fit with the Happy Paws Staff for dog walking/pet sitting.  During the consultation, if you choose to become a client, a contract will be signed upon your understanding of the policies and procedures.

Each new client receives access to their online Client Portal.  After each visit, our sitter sends a Visit Report describing the activities of your pet during the visit, which you will receive by email and can also view in your Client Portal. The Portal is fast and easy - you can view your invoices, schedule visits, update care information quickly, and request changes to your already scheduled visits - all online!

With the client's permission, occasionally we take pictures of pets during their walks/sitting and post them to our Facebook page.

Client is responsible to provide:

1. One method of access with a code (door code, garage code with interior door unlocked, or a key lock box code) and one backup key at the time of contract signing. If you don't have a key available at the time of consultation/contract signing, you can drop it off at either our Bristow or Warrenton office free of charge, or we can pick it up for an additional fee.

2. Any special snacks that your pet(s) may require due to special dietary requirement.
