During this visit, we’ll complete a personalized pet care profile and, if you choose to become a client, finalize the contract.
There is a Consultation Fee of $15 for Regular Consultations and $25 for Last Minute Consultations for services needed within 7 days. We offer After Hour Consultations for a $10 additional fee.
Once you’re part of the Happy Paws family, you’ll receive access to our online Client Portal, where you can:
The Client Portal makes communication seamless and ensures your pet’s care is always consistent and personalized.
Our trained team of pet nannies will study your Time to Pet Profile before every visit to ensure they understand your pet’s routine and specific needs. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report through the Client Portal, including activities, care details, and photos of your happy pet.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, here’s what we ask from our clients:
Home Access: Provide two methods of access to your home (e.g., door code, garage code with an unlocked interior door, or a lockbox key code). If a backup key is required and stored at our office, a $25 retrieval fee will apply if we need to use it.
Updated Profiles: Keep your pet’s Time to Pet Profile accurate and up to date. This helps us maintain consistent care, especially if you leave handwritten notes.
Special Requirements: Inform us of any dietary needs, snacks, or treats your pet enjoys, so we can include them in their routine.
With your permission, we may share adorable photos of your pets on our Happy Paws Pet Nanny Facebook page during their walks or visits. It’s a fun way to see your pet enjoying their time with us!
